Situated on MacCurtain Street. This hotel was designed by the architect Arthur Hill (1846-1921). He designed many Cork buildings, including The Crawford Art Gallery and The Munster and Leinster Bank. The hotel was opened on 21st June 1897. It is now called the Gresham Metropole Hotel.
